One of my favorite ways to travel in Japan is by Ferry…Sure it may take a few extra hours. But you can usually walk around on the ferry, get hox/ fresh food, watch TV, catch up on Emails etc… and like a lot of people seem to do catch up on sleep.

We had a great weekend the other week. Spent the day at a local festival in a shrine a short drive from out house. It was great. Guys running around with Sake bottles and handing out free beer…. One of those things I love about Japan. Drinking in public, its great.
All in all a fun day.
