These Terms are in addition to any other agreements specific to your DeeIY products or services. You agree to be bound by any changes 30 days after they are revised, or when you use the Site after the changes are posted, whichever is sooner. Your sole and exclusive remedy if you disagree with the Terms (as amended) or are dissatisfied with the Site is to discontinue using the Site.
2. User Representations and Warranties

- All information you provide to DeeIY regarding the Site or Site Content is accurate, current, and complete.

- If you provide credentials for third-party sites, you are the legal owner or authorized user of those accounts, and you have the authority to (i) designate DeeIY as your agent, (ii) use the services, and (iii) provide DeeIY with the necessary information (passwords, usernames, etc.).
3. License Granted to DeeIY
You hereby grant DeeIY an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to any information, data, passwords, usernames, PINs, personal information, or other content ("User Information") you provide through the Site. You authorize DeeIY to use this User Information, or information retrieved from third-party sites on your behalf, to provide the Site, content, or DeeIY products/services, or for other permissible business purposes.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to engage in activities such as: uploading defamatory or illegal material; violating legal rights; misrepresenting affiliations; uploading viruses; or using automated devices like "Scraping" to monitor Site content.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DEEIY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Regardless of the disclaimers, if DeeIY is found liable, our total liability is limited to $100.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold DeeIY harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction for any action is in the state or federal courts located in or near Mountain View, California.
9. Jury Trial and Class Action Waiver
YOU HEREBY GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A TRIAL BY JURY AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE AS A MEMBER OF A CLASS OF CLAIMANTS IN ANY LAWSUIT INVOLVING DISPUTES WITH DEEIY.
10. Intellectual Property
The entire contents of this Site are proprietary to DeeIY or its licensors. The terms "DeeIY" and "DIY Home Services LLC" are trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission.
11. General Provisions
These Terms set forth the entire understanding between DeeIY and you. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
